Garrett Gerson
Founder & CEO
Founder & CEO, Garrett Gerson leads the company’s vision to build the leading collection of luxury ranch destinations. Garrett is a fifth-generation owner and steward of Calamigos Ranch, a renowned 400-acre luxury ranch and hospitality destination in Malibu. Through generations of family stewardship, he developed a deep appreciation for the land, authentic hospitality, and the importance of creating places that bring people together. Drawing on this heritage, Garrett co-founded RHG to acquire, develop and operate exceptional destination assets rooted in timeless design, meaningful connection, and responsible stewardship. He oversees the company’s long-term strategy, acquisitions, development, and operations, ensuring each property reflects RHG’s commitment to excellence, authenticity, and enduring value. Under Garrett’s leadership, RHG seeks to preserve and elevate iconic destinations that inspire connection, celebrate place, and create lasting value for guests, communities, and stakeholders alike.
Jason Felts
President & Chief Brand Officer
President & Chief Brand Officer, Jason Felts leads the company’s brand vision, strategic partnerships, marketing, communications, and growth initiatives. He works closely with the leadership team to position RHG for growth as a leading luxury ranch hospitality brand ensuring every destination reflects the company’s commitment to authenticity, exceptional experiences, and a profound sense of place. A recognized entrepreneur and best selling author, hospitality executive, and brand builder, Jason spent more than two decades as a senior executive CEO within the Virgin Group, working closely with Sir Richard Branson to launch, grow, and scale businesses across entertainment, travel, and consumer ventures. Throughout his career, he has served as a board member and advisor developing award-winning lifestyle brands, forging transformative partnerships, and creating experiences that resonate with consumers around the world.
Evan Ingram
Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer
Evan Ingram is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with deep experience supporting hospitality, real estate, and operating businesses. As a key member of the leadership team, he oversees financial operations, accounting, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives across the organization, helping ensure disciplined growth and long-term value creation. Known for his analytical approach and operational focus, Evan executive leadership focus is to strengthen financial performance, enhance operational efficiencies, and support the successful execution of the company's strategic objectives. His commitment to stewardship, accountability, and excellence plays an important role in preserving the legacy and integrity of the organization's portfolio while positioning it for future growth. Through a commitment to sound financial management, Evan helps position the organization to capitalize on new opportunities while preserving the long-term value of the portfolio.
Vicky Schiff
Chief Investment Advisor
Vicky Schiff is a highly accomplished real estate investor, entrepreneur, and capital markets executive with more than three decades of experience across acquisitions, development, investment management, and institutional fundraising. She began her career in the early 1990s as an acquisitions executive for a Los Angeles-based investment firm, where she participated in more than $1 billion of office, retail, hospitality, and industrial acquisitions and dispositions Throughout her career, Vicky has co-founded multiple real estate and investment platforms, including a development and investment company with more than 100 employees and an institutionally backed real estate fund-of-funds with over $400 million in capital commitments. She also co-founded and served as Managing Director of a boutique investment banking firm that raised more than $6 billion from institutional investors on behalf of leading real estate and private equity sponsors worldwide.
